Our Story
Starting out, Trophy was just a couple of guys trying to navigate the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex's vast construction landscape.
We began as a small utility contractor, using knowledge gained from previous job experience and a few additions to our team. We were bidding every job we had the bandwidth to complete and our people were delivering in the field.
Because of our people's hard work and dedication, we are quickly becoming a major player as a go-to heavy civil utilities contractor serving North Texas.
Our People
We're a family through and through. We've had everything from father-son duos in the field to three brothers working in the office at one time.
It's our belief that culture starts and stops from the top down. That's why the core of our company has been and always will be our people. If we don't care for and support our people, we will never succeed.
Safety
Our commitment to safety is born out of two concerns:
Number one, always, is our concern for people. We understand that everyone wants to go home safe, so we put the burden of safety on each individual to protect themselves and their team around them.
A secondary (but still important) concern is for our business. In order to run a successful and profitable business for the benefit of our people, we all have to conduct our work safely.
